TODAY, sometime before midnight UTC, we will be deleting accounts with no activity to get rid of users who signed up just to have an account here and make room for new users who will be active. This doesn't mean you have to start downloading like a madman, we just want to see that you use your account. Our suggestion is that you take advantage of freeleech, which will last until we begin purging, and get some activity on your account to avoid having it removed.
