  1. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think the COICA passed in the USA. If I understand correctly the USA is using a process through the Homeland Security Act to seize domain names.

    This is a more difficult process and the site would need to be hosting their own tracker as well. Like IPT and Demonoid.

    Any who just wanted to point that out. Not to defend the acts of USA, but with all the legal crap flying around having accurate info is the best way to stay off the radar.
