We have implemented a new feature which distinguishes slow torrents from others. In your browse page, you will find a snail icon, which if was activated on a particular torrent, means that this torrent has a speed of 1Mbps or below. If it was not activated, then obviously it means that the torrent has normal or fast speeds.
Also, a new checkbox option, for turning this feature on and off, has been added to the upload page, as well as in the edit torrent page. Everyone who uploads is expected to check that option if his uploading speed is 1Mbps or below.
