After recovering the server last time, the raid array was broken and so it caused huge increment in the load (according to the host), so I had to bring the site down until they fix everything otherwise the load would fry the HDD.
However, We are back now with 1 day old back up.
I believe everything is stable and smooth now.
I monitored the load for the last couple hours, and it's more than normal. I hope we wont suffer from any down time again.
