Private Tracker Talk (PTT) - it's brand new torrent invites and p2p talk forum. It's interesting that forum is based on modified Gazelle source code.
On PTT you will find well know and respected names in staff.
Another nice option is Wiki. On other forums all posts with tracker irc lists, ratio tips etc. you find on sticked posts. On PTT you have all in one big Wiki:
