We have added two new rules regarding uploading :
# If your upload speed is less than 1Mbps, uploading is prohibited and can result into a warning.
# If your upload speed is equal or close to 1Mbps then you may upload, but you will have to seed that torrent at full speed, until the torrent has 2 snatches.
Please make sure you follow them.
