PTS - Reminder-Respecting the rules

For all of you that haven't read Faq and Rules, please read it and meet site rules. Every new torrent must be seeded to at least 0.4 ratio, please do NOT Hit and Run (HNR). Every user that HNR's can expect to be either warned or banned, so don't tell us we didn't remind you. Many users/uploaders are doing hard work to provide you with the best releases, so the least you can do is to seed your torrents properly. We are a sharing comunity, remember that.
