LastTorrents is another big Romanian tracker which has over 38.000 torrents. They have a lot of freeleech torrents (over 3800) and a lot of peers so it is pretty easy to keep a ratio >1. It is often open for signups and users have invites, so it is easy to get an account here. The forums are in romanian, but the rules and FAQ are in both english and romanian.
